Trying is a chore in itself, but it does give me a sence of purpose a little bit in as ive been desperate to find purpose. So the struggle we face "trying" to overcome is worthy of us being proud of ourselves (esspecially knowing all the adversities)

Yes @lazyKatz for sure that counts a lot! I struggled all night in and out of bed with too many thoughts so i kept ending up on this site working on steps trying like you with nothing else i could do. Im proud of us!

I noticed that too :-> It's good to know in some small way as we seek the help or when we are doing good it can affect others like that. Sometimes my mood swings way to much and im sorry that i also write poor quality things as i struggle to climb back up. I usually write my lows onto my personal threads though. I hope you can feel better today.

I remember long ago a teacher saying just before an exam. Look upwards for inspiration...... downwards in desperation but never sidewards for information. Strange I should remember that but I fail to recall what the exam was , no doubt it was one of the many I failed.
