Cheap Stress Relievers
What’s the most stress-relieving thing you can get/do for less than $20?
@jesusredeemedme2425 go for a walk in nature, paint a picture, do some gardening, sleep, eat icecream, play a game, watch the sunrise/sunset

For me, what came to mind was going to the library and checking out as many books as I want to read and relax with. 📚
Ooh I do that!!! Especially with kids’ books lol
@jesusredeemedme2425
Same! I like seeing if any copies of my favorite childhood series are available. 😄
Ooh like what??? <3
@jesusredeemedme2425
The Rainbow Magic series by Daisy Meadows. I discovered it when I was about six years old (in my mid 20s now), and it’s still going! I was really into it when I was in elementary. The series turned into a cash cow franchise ages ago, but I’m willing to overlook that for any particular books that interest me.
@jesusredeemedme2425 I like to go to the dollar store or thrift store and buy sensory toys or a notebook for journaling on occasion when I'm feeling down. Recently, my gym put in a free toy machine for little stress balls and animal erasers.
@jesusredeemedme2425 I like to go to the dollar store or thrift store and buy a sensory toy or a notebook for journaling. Sometimes, I give them as gifts to my friends. My brother currently has one of my stress balls at work. Recently, my gym put in a free toy machine for squishy stress animals and animal erasers.
