I wish there was a specially demarcated region where modern technology doesn't exist, & is not allowed. There should particularly not be any Internet access there. The level of tech there should never be allowed to advance past, say, the 1940's...any resident who wants to live with earlier tech or more primitively would be allowed to do so.
