For better or worse, what was the most memorable dream you have ever had?
@sereneSunset26 When I was little I often dreamed that I was in a mysterious labyrinth in the woods created by witches 🧙♀️ It was quite scary but very funny too ! What is yours ?

Weeeeeeell, when I was a teenager, I'm sure due to the stress at home, I had a series of dreams where I basically died in every way imaginable. Thankfully those dreams are distant memories and not relevant to my life now, but they sure affected me back in the day.

I've had so many dreams or perhaps nightmares in various apocalyptic settings and situations. Not pleasant but vivid to memory to say the least.

That's interesting!! Do you have any idea as to why those apocalyptic settings keep coming up in your dreams?
Mine would probably be the time when I dreamed that I was being chased by a clown who wanted to throw pies into my face.

I feel like there are a lot of dreams that can affect as children like that.
I remember the theme song/intro to the 13 Ghosts of Scooby Doo messed me up as a kid. Particularly this image:

@sereneSunset26 yeah i would always be that one kid who had to leave class because the teachers put Scooby-Doo on and i got really scared.

Aww, haha. In a way, I can obviously relate; I was definitely more sensitive as a kid. In some ways I feel like I've outgrown it, but in other ways I feel like aspects of that sensitivity will always be with me, if that makes sense.
@sereneSunset26 I once dreamt about a building, just a normal building which had a big gate and like 3 floors if I remember it correctly and also the gate was open and I was standing inside the building with some other children I don't remember who they were but besides that, there was a small road on the other side of the building and I saw my mom driving on that road. Of course this was just some random dream until after like 4 years, I actually saw the same building and I remembered this very old dream as I was passing by the same road and to my surprise, it was the same, the bumps, the bushes and stones!

This is really cool! There's only been a couple dreams that I can remember where they connected after such a long period of time. It's pretty amazing to me how our subconscious can function at times. :)

I definitely get how the familiarity of imagery in dreams can be off-putting. I have had many dreams like that, and those which were so lifelike and real that I had to kinda check myself upon waking up.
Well I don't remember any of the dreams till today ...bt a very common ..for a fraction of secs same dreams arrives everyday...of running off from somethings or the others...that really scares me ...and puts me in series of Q's😥😔

I know from experience that recurring dreams (especially those where we are trying to run away from something) can definitely be scary, like you said.
Do you have any idea why you might be having this particular dream?

This wasn't my dream, but its the most memorable.
Someone I met in October of last year doesn't have much time left. I could barely get him to talk for months, since February, I still checked on him daily. In March he had said he stopped dreaming. A few weeks ago he told me this
I was finally able to dream again. I had a dream, and you were there, just like you promised you always would be.
It means a lot to me. I promised him I'd never leave and I'd always be here. It's now August. He won't be here to see the new year. He's not awake every day but I still go to check on him and wait. I'm very grateful for this dream he had. He's opened up again to me and we're close. I cherish every minute I get to spend with him.

I was in my brothers room, watching Kung fu panda with him, and my mom came and unplugged the TV telling us to get ready for school. Then, I woke up and went to the bathroom and got ready for school. Next thing I know I wake up again in my bed to my mom telling us to get ready for school. I got up again and started getting ready and then I actually woke up for real. It was really trippy.

I have a few, but one of the ones that I remember clearly is; I was like teleporting to different places and situations in this one but all I remember is I'm in this all white room, sunlight shining from behind me, and I'm sitting in someone's lap. I can feel my headphones on my head(as i slept with them on that night) and I can feel myself straining my legs a bit to not put my full weight on them. And I feel their chin resting on my shoulder and their arms around my waist, their thumb gently rubbing my thigh. I woke up so confused and questioning everything the next morning
