Hmm I always liked Robert Frost's quote "The woods are lovely dark and deep but I have promised to keep and miles to go before I sleep"--reminds me to keep pushing through when I feel like giving up.
Tea! Hot or iced. Sometimes mixed with lemonade 
I would love to be fluent in French--I took 6 years of classes throughout school, but hardly remember a thing!
