Dear me, I wish first and foremost you would solely rely on God rather than people or materialistic things. I want you to know you are loved and have many friends. I want you to take care of yourself and get lots of sleep. Even treat yourself, yes that ice cream that happens to be your favorite just have a bite and you will see everything your missing out on because your scared someone won't accept you for a little bit of fat. But guess what once you become older and you workout you'll finally have that body you've always envied, while its not perfect you have begun to accept yourself and all your flaws.

Don't compare yourself to other people and smile everyday.
