If you could write a note to your younger self, what would you say in only three words?
I had two thoughts. 1) Words can hurt. 2) Try your best.
What would your note say?
It's okay, cry.
You are beautiful. Embrace yourself. You are worth the sun and the universe.
Don't let the negativity of others destroy you. You are beautiful . You are loved.
Don't let the negativity of others destroy you. You are beautiful . You are loved.
Be your own person, don't follow others in pursuit of your own happiness!
1) Everything happens for a reason.
2) You'll see that things aren't as difficult as you think.
3) Give yourself time and don't regret the things you did or didn't do.
No Lies, Just Love..
I'm not sure. Either "Don't lose track," or "You're all perfect".
I lost track of my hobbies and what i loved to do in middle school. I was stressed out and running back and forth between what I did and what my parents wanted me to do.
In first grade, I was all myself and I thought I was pretty. But I thought I looked out of place, with my pretty Chinese hair clips, pigtails, and permanent long pants. I begged my mom to tie my hair differently, once I got into second grade. I tried to be fashionable, instead of being myself and comfy. This continued through the rat race of middle school. I don't know when I'll let go.
I'd say:
Dont be too hard on yourself. Love yourself unconditionally. Be most kind to yourself.
