I had two thoughts. 1) Words can hurt. 2) Try your best.
What would your note say?

Hey there.
I encourage you to trust anyone still there for you. Trust those who you have neglected or even hurt and they are still present. I found those people had no other reason to be there for me unless they had good loving intentions. Just my hindsight and experience. Keep your head up. *hugs you*

awh<3 Don't waste your time on loving someone who don't love you, because you will never feel what you are capable of feeling. Find someone that will love you back, and you will forever be happy. It might hurt to move on but that is the only way you will find happiness once more. Erase them from your memory, don't let them rule your life. Let love lead you through life.
