8.5-11 = -2.5
7-8.5 = -1.5
11-7 = 4
3-11 = 8
13.5-3 = 10.5
25-13.5 = 11.5
? = 25

There was an easier way to get to an answer, because there are two series:
+2½ // 6, 8½, 11, 13½
–4 // 11, 7, 3, –1
So the ? can be replaced by -1.
Place three two-letter bits together to make a PLANT.
CH – LL – CL – OR – BR – MA – ER – IC – OV

Blue Purple Red
2 are in first but only one in second. Implies Blues
2 are in last / 2 are in first. Imples green (repeats) and Purple cause only new versus 1st and 2nd and 3rd.
red was constant with first and second but not third. If in third then all three should be good. but are not.
Blue has not been in First. If correct then will need to move. If correct in Third would need to move.
Red has been in First & Second slot, if correct just leaves third.
Which leaves Purple only available left is second spot

Good try! Sadly the answer can't be right because 2 of the colors in the first row should show up in your answer. And of red, green and yellow you only have red in your answer.
