I will start with this riddle:
What is easy to get into, but hard to get out of?
New riddle: With pointed fangs I sit and wait, with piercing force I serve out fate. Grabbing bloodless victims, proclaiming my might; physically joining with a single bite.What am I?

Interesting guess , but not the answer to this riddle :) The 'bloodless' part of the riddle actually does mean the 'victims' are bloodless before being taken.

As AnAmpersand just pointed out, it's an inanimate object, so no animal ;)

Most likely something sharp (fangs) that binds two inanimate things together.

@crimsonField6694 This one was easy for me because I am such a weirdo! Have you ever seen a staple remover? It looks like a bat with an incredibly short body and ginormous fangs. I have one, and named it Batty, and used to go all bloodthirsty and goth-morbid when I would use it to its intended purpose. So, naturally, Batty popped into my mind instantly upon reading the riddle. And it's a short step from staple remover to stapler.
For once, being a nutjob has reaped a positive benefit for me. Huzzah! ;)
My mood has turned around 180 degrees to a decent one, thanks to my amused interaction here in the Riddle Room. Thanks, everybody!
