Taking Care of Your Health
@jesusredeemedme2425 that's something I'm trying to get better in, as I tend to neglect my body's needs and push it too hard. I'm doing much better now, the change in lifestyle helped me eliminate most of my stress, to let me heal up a little.
I do poorly in the small day to day tho

Pretty well actually!
I used to eat a lot of junk food, consume a lot of alcohol, no much active movements(unless its absolutely necessary) until a few years ago, I got a health scare where I suffered a stroke. Luckily I recovered completely from it.
Now I workout 6 days a week and cut off junk food and sweets. I've gotten into pretty good shape working out!!
I'd say 50% good and the rest bad. I don't sleep enough, is that me or the insomnia? I do drink lots of water. I don't eat red meat but I have a huge sweet tooth.
I've learned trying to cut out something out completely backfires, except coffee and alcohol, so I try to balance good/bad foods but I know I don't work out enough.
However been steadily losing weight and not putting it back on, so am pleased with my healthyish lifestyle changes :)
I know I should take much more care of my health, especially these years when I feel tired and physically "wrong." But I often feel there are already many things in life, and I do not want to add more thoughts to my physical body because there are no serious illnesses.

The only time I've been to a doctor or ever taken antibiotics was as a child 😁
I stay fit.
But thankfully I am ok as I am .
Struggle to drink water though!
