Hello everyone, I've been so consumed with thoughts lately and I want a distraction. I'm not much of a gamer, but I see other people can spend the whole day playing without getting bored. Anyone has any good games that would help me stop being in my head so much, and focus on the game instead?

Hi! I can recommend some things but it just depends on the genre of game you'd enjoy., and if you want a free game or you can spend on a game etc.

Hey! Any genre is okay, also doesn't have to be free. Preferably a single player game, like an interactive story, or one I can connect randomly to other players online (like COD).

Certainly!

Hello there! It's completely understandable to seek out distractions, especially when your mind feels overwhelmed. Games can be a fantastic way to engage your brain in fun and immersive ways, offering a break from the hustle and bustle of daily thoughts. Considering you're not much of a gamer, starting with games that are easy to pick up yet deeply engaging could be the key. Puzzle games, for example, like "Tetris Effect" or the "Portal" series, offer a mix of relaxation and mental challenge that can help you focus and get lost in their gameplay. If stories captivate you, adventure games such as "The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild" and "Firewatch" are excellent for exploration and immersing yourself in another world. Simulation games like "Stardew Valley" or "Animal Crossing: New Horizons" are perfect for unwinding at your own pace, allowing for serene engagement with environments that you can manage leisurely. For lighter, more casual play, games like "Among Us" or "Fall Guys" provide fun, laughter, and minimal commitment, especially enjoyable with friends. And if you're up for a more immersive experience, RPGs (Role-Playing Games) like "The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt" or "Skyrim" offer vast worlds and compelling stories to keep you engaged for hours. The essence of gaming is to enjoy and relax, so feel free to explore different genres and titles to discover what truly resonates with you. Remember, gaming should be a source of joy and relaxation, not a chore, so it's perfectly fine to move on from a game if it doesn't click with you. You're not alone in your search for a mental escape, and gaming can be an excellent avenue for finding peace and enjoyment. Happy gaming, and may you find the perfect distraction to help you unwind and enjoy your time to the fullest.

Maps in CS2 received a visual upgrade without losing the original structure. The developers kept the classic routes, but added new details, improved lighting and textures. Also, you can take a look at https://daddyskins.com/blog/counterpedia/cs2-grenade-cam-command/. Shadows and reflections now work in real time, affecting the perception of the game space. These are not just cosmetic changes - they create new conditions for tactical gameplay.

The games I mainly play are Brawl Stars and Cookie Run Kingdom. I am a child so don’t really know what’d you play. But I think those are pretty fun games. Nintendo has some pretty fun games, so does Xbox and PlayStation but they are all a lotta money too. I’d recommend seeing what other people play and try out every game till you find one that’s suits you the best.
