definitely waterfall - hopefully it's a fast ride and room to bounce of the bottom. Ocean waves are often too turbulent and I don't want to be cast about and Bob up and down aimlessly which no sense of direction. Also you have beware of the currents and hidden obstacles as well as sharks.
