What is your favourite dessert to eat/make?

My favourite desserts to eat are honeycomb buns, kwabeggi, cinnamon rolls and cakes!!

One dessert I love to eat is mango bingsoo. It's a korean dessert that consists of shaved ice, condensed milk, and other ingredients i'm not too sure about. There are other kinds like red bean bingsoo and strawberry bingsoo but mango is my favorite. I guess you can think of it as ice cream except the texture is more flakey and soft. :)

I love sweet potato pie with cinnamon ice cream. A southern dessert my maternal relatives used to serve in the summer months. Taste always reminds me of my family who live in the southern US.
