You have been amazing, so patient with all the issues and so affirmative whenever needed.

Usually I am really not comfortable depending on others but you have such a warm, safe and kind presence, that I was able to depend on you without any hesitations.

I notice that you pay attention to everyone and support members as needed when needed, no one goes without support in rooms when you are around! You really go the extra mile in ensuring members are safe, supported and included.
