@ColorfuldogsofParadise I have no problems with you being a mod.

I am being honest.

Maybe try talking to another mod, to see what they might say.

I am not a mod,but if I was,I would not let it bother me to much.

Some people will like you.

Some people will not.

Just to the best job you,know how,and that is all you can do.

Be happy doing your roll.

Try not to let it upset,you to much.

If your not happy being a mod,then tell,the CML,for whom you work with,thar your not happy,in that roll,any more.

Maybe try finding a different roll.

Also,maybe enroll in the 7cups LeadershipTraining School,here.

It is 100% free.

I recently told the CML,that I was no longer happy,in my leadership rolls,and he understood.

So I step down from them.

I am also taking a course at 7cups Leadership Training School.

I have three weeks to go,in the course.

When I am done,I will have a new leadership opportunity here at 7cups.

So please do not give up,just because a member does not like you.

You worked to hard,to be a mod.

Question: Are you happy being a mod?

If the answer is yes,then you stay in your roll,as a mod.

If the answer no the other hand, I am not really happy,being a mod,then you tell the CML,your not happy,and that you like to leave your roll.

You should do what ever roll,will make you the happiest doing,and that you can do your best at.
