Update to Group Support Rooms: Member Hangout, Events Rooms, Community Room 1 (teens)

In an effort to make our rooms more active, engaged and supportive, we will be making a few small changes to a few of our current rooms.

Step 1: Link Member Hangout and Community Room 1 (teens) to Hobby Zone Subcommunity - This is where events is linked to now. Event Support Teams will now use these rooms for light-hearted and fun sessions and be responsible for modding it.

Step 2: Link General Support pop up room to General Support Subcommunity - The pop up room will allow General Support sessions to run as needed.

Step 3: Remove Events Rooms off Hobby Zone (We won't use these rooms anymore.)
