As you may see on the text, I recently went through a sudden pet loss. It’s very difficult for me to grieve especially having CPTSD. This was very sudden and quick traumatic event for me and it’s very difficult for me to process. I don’t see my therapist in two weeks so I don’t have any quick options and I’m not in a crisis but very emotional…
