Therapy
I'm considering getting a month of therapy here but I don't know if it's worth it. Has anyone here purchased a month here? Whas it worth it?

@TarumSimara Would you consider therapy in person first? You could maybe call your insurance company and see who they recommend in network! Psychology Today also has a website that can help you find a therapist in your area here: https://www.psychologytoday.com/us/therapists ! I hope this helps! :)
I came here because my insurance health coach recommended it and although you can find Faqs about therapy here there are no links anywhere to actually get into the program. Every time i loop back and look through the app I’m completely confused.
So if you find out please share- although i don’t know if I will even see this string of massages again 🤷🏽♀️
