It best not to not to engage in conflict .
1 engaging in conflict can give the other feeling that can do it to get a reaction that they want.
2 makes the conflict worse.
3 making. Room Not welcoming and supportive.

I agree completely and it only makes the other people in the room feel uncomfortable but I also think it's very destructive to people when others in the group welcome and chat to people and selectively leave someone else out 💚
