Clarification of the "no caps" rule.

The no caps rule exists to keep our rooms safe and quiet. Typing in all caps can be interpreted as the digital version of shouting and can be jarring for members who are already stressed or overwhelmed. Using lowercase helps the room stay a low-stimuli space where everyone can feel at ease.
This practice keeps the chat balanced so no single message dominates the screen. While you can still use caps for acronyms, we keep the energy mellow in Group Support to make sure the space remains supportive for everyone.
Thanks for your cooperation and for looking out for one another!
