Being new
As a Newbie, i'm finding it hard to navigate the app. I kmow this will come with time, but it is making being a listener somewhat intimidating. Anyone else feel this way?

Welcome to 7cups, ive been on the site for a while, and i can remeber why i first came here was because i was having anxiety and ideation so i was alread stressed out. If we try to hard things can actually be harder. We can complicate it if and when we might be in a desperate frame of mind like i was, but ive learned that when we just keep clicking everything it gets easier quicker. Welcome! I think the forums could certainly be organized a little better but have found the site to be helpful.
