So glad to see a community for cooking.
Bought a cook book a few weeks back, with western/indian recipes inspired by both cultures. Trying out one of them, left the chicken to marinate in the fridge overnight.
I hope it's as delicious as in the picture. Uses orange and lime zest and juice, fruit stuffing, and all-spice. Not hard to prepare though.

@Zulegirl It was. I should clarify, it was a whole roast chicken.
Turned out to be the best whole chicken roast I've ever had, or at least it's up there. ☺️
