I'm going to try baking some cookies for the first time this Christmas!

Late to the party, but if I don't bake cookies, it's not Christmas! My bare minimum recipes are sugar, gingerbread and chocolate crinkles. If I have the time Russia tea cookies, shortbread and snickerdoodle. I love to bake. It's one of the only things that can quiet my brain.
This previous December I made myself do 31 desserts during the month. That was a bit much, and many I got to double up on because of similar dough, but still. An older lady likes my oatmeal cookies, I like the brownie crackles, visitors always request chocolate chip.
Me!!! Chocolate Chip Cookie..I have also made deep fried chip cookies. Turned out okay
I love the pb type where you can put the Hershey kiss on top
