My happy workout songs would be anything from the 1990s - fun, cool, relaxed pop music.

I always have music on in the background and I play a lot of 80s rock music but also love country. Depends what I’m doing. I always have music playing while I’m cooking, my dogs dance around with me. Haha I sometimes think what do my neighbours think if they can see through my curtains

I always listen to music while I'm doing things, particularly now because of mental health struggles and not having the mental willpower or energy to get myself up to do things. Music helps me get out of my own head.
I listen to all kinds of things: electronic music (Troyboi the GOAT), a tiny bit of pop, neo classical (Ludovico Einaudi), Ragtime music (Scott Joplin), or a playlist of everything together. I think I would pick ragtime music over the rest.
Specific songs that get me up are Aja Aja by Troyboi, Oltremare by Ludovico Einaudi, Maple Leaf Rag and Swipsey cakewalk by Scott Joplin, and Middle Child by J. Cole.

I work better when listening to music and usually I listen to acoustic music when working because lyrics tend to distract me.

To be honest, I don't really like to listen to music while I'm working in regards to like reading things but if I'm cleaning or something I like to listen to something to entertain me! :D
