@SunFern I love shiitake mushrooms. They go great in a shroom, bok choy, and onion stirfry in oyster sauce. One of my all time favorite dishes.

sounds yummy ! i tried shittake mushroom last month for the first time. it was very good. I usually eat a lot of button mushrooms.
