Strawberry Festival

Hi everyone! I find myself swimming in strawberries at this time of year. I'm not a big baker, and have exhausted my ideas with strawberry shortcake and making preserves
Has anyne got any cooking or savory ideas about how to use strawberries before I go crazy from sugar overload?

Hi - I love strawberries too! If you have room in your freezer, they freeze quite well just washed and capped in baggies. I use them in my smoothies all year. I also add them to pancake batter or oatmeal for Saturday morning breakfast . I don't have a lot of time to cook and bake so easy is always good for me. Have fun.
