Does anyone play mmorpg's?
I've played a bit of blade and soul and just installed guild wars to play with my bf.
What about you guys? If you play what are your favourites? If you don't play do you think you would ever give them a chance?
@Booklover95 When I was in elementary/junior high, I played Ragnarok Online soooo much! It was a lot of fun, I played with all my siblings and we made friends with the mods so got a lot of fun/silly perks (like they would give us a random hat for a day), and got to meet people from all over the world and then shared our msn details to talk to them off the game too xD We got pretty good at it and even helped other people tank. I only stopped because the server I always played on shut down, and I tried a different server after that and it wasn't the same...I kinda miss it, but I think I don't have enough time anymore to play mmorpgs (and still do all the other stuff I'm interested in). I've heard that the servers now are a lot different too, so it probably wouldn't be as great of an experience as it was when I was little

aww that's so sad! seem's like you had so much fun! also do you still keep in touch with those friends you made?
@Booklover95 I wish I still kept in contact with them! After the server shut down we kept talking a bit but it started fading and then when msn went out of style, that was pretty much it :P

@Booklover95 yeah I'm okay! That was probably like, 11 years ago haha so by now it's more just like good memories to look back on :)
I was a religious player of Runescape through most of middle and high school. Even got my mom into it cause it didn't require a ton of fighting and she could go off and craft or fish for hours if she wanted to.
I want to get back to playing FFXIV now that they've made it free up til Level 35
I used to play mabinogi but not anymore these days since I no longer have the time and the server is pretty bad now anyway , but I would have to say i had some fun times while I was there. Often I would ride about just exploring or doing commerce to buy nice outfits for my character. It's kinda sad in a way since I put so much thought into her and now she just sits on the server. Any of you feel the same about a character you've created?
