Need Some Advice From Musicians In US/Canada

Hi

I am a grade 11 student in India and I was recently facing the symptoms of depression and I found my hidden passion for singing. Now I want to Sing In English rather than my own native language Hindi because

1. I suck at Hindi

2. I have nightmares of Hindi Exams during my dreams

3. Pronunciation needs to be to the point in Hindi, But in English (you know)

I've decided to give my singing a try. But obviously, nobody in India will give notice of my songs. So it brings the question that whether it's even worth it to give it a try.

Also:

How do I start and how do I become a singer in US/Canada if I am Indian?

I also want to study web development. How do I do that along with Music?

Note: I think Music and Singing are two faces of the same coin. It also means that I need to learn a Instrument.

@ApurvaSingh123, I am only in 9th grade but I can relate to the passion for singing. However, there are so many schools here in America that offer housing and give you all the knowledge you need to be the artist you desire to be and be able to rise to the top online! However, it may cost more being out of state, and even more so if out of the country. BUT! Homestay is always an affordable alternative than the dorms, and you can learn and gain support from the local family you stay with. However, to tell you more, I’d have to do some more research. But this is only one of the many options out there!
