Thanks, man. It makes me happy, too. It has essentially become an extension of my body at this point, and I couldn't imagine my life without it.
@moonrake a mandolin is much more soul touching than a guitar...once I attended a Maghrebian mixed concert (Morroco, Algiers and Tunis) of mandolins, it was so soul soothing...

I would say that the quality an instrument touches one's soul is directly correlated to the person behind the instrument moreso than the type of instrument being played.

Me too!! Worlds apart but yet so connected. We both bring many different ideas and share so many simular interests. We both suffer, but we both help eachother a lot.
