A wierd hobby - Collecting Notebooks

I collect notebooks as well. But I do use them, it just takes me forever to get through the notebooks because I make sure to use all of the pages in notebooks.

I have a friend who collects notebooks too. They HAVE to be a certain journal made by Moleskin, and she nev lets anyone read what she writes. You have to be really close with her to read anything, but sometimes not even then. Are you like that too?

call me crazy but I love notebooks I collect them but I write so much stuff in them anything goes in there I love making lists :)

I used to but I try really hard not to. I just like to buy nice notebooks. LOL. Lately I just buy sprays from bath and body works or protein powder to keep my notebook obsession at bay.

I used to do this too! :O I bought so many without using them and in the end somehow I lost almost all of them...

Now I collect coloring books for adult.

Sometimes when I see a cool notebook and I just can't leave it, I buy it. I never end up writing in most of them. I cannot figure out why. I guess in part I am a casual notebook collector. Or is it hoarding? Not sure.

my apologies that was my bookworm persona picking out what I ment was- I love collecting notebooks too.

It's not exactly the same, but I have a lot of notebooks for writing. I like having things physically written down. And my love for organization means no two covers can be exactly the same, this way I know at a glance which book i need. So I personalize my covers, using scrapbooking supplies, mod podge, tiny findings, etc. Its fun and involved, so I get even more use out of each book.

If I can figure out how, ill upload a photo or two my work.

I have OCD as well and I also collect notebooks. Rather than just amassing them, though, I need to have a purpose for them. So it's more like a collection of differently-purposed notebooks. I have one for writing Yiddish words as I learn them on Duolingo, one for writing down quotes I like, one for drawing comics, etc. I still keep impulsively buying new ones though, especially if they look cool, so I have quite a few that aren't written in yet because I can't think of what to use them for.

I love stationery so much. I like to purchase notebooks, pens, pencils, sticky notes, etc. I use all of them. Few unique one might being kept but I am not a collector.
