Car Clear Cote Failure
A long time ago, I owned a car that was suffering from Clear Cote Failure. I took pictures of it. What I did about it, is I hired a guy to remove the clear cote and by adding a bunch of wax, it looked a lot better. But once the clear coat was removed you had to keep it waxed a lot.

@tryingtosurvive2024 This picture was taken of the car back in 2006. Back then I made my pictures smaller so that I could send them over a dial up internet connection better.
I find it interesting to read the metadata in the jpg files. I often wipe that data before uploading.

@tryingtosurvive2024 wow! I have no idea what all that means it's sounds very complicated. However your car is soooo shiny, it's a very cool car ❤
@Tinywhisper11 My Dad and I sold it to a farmer who rents two of our fields on the farm. It was shiny when the clear cote was good. After I got rid of the clear cote paint, and waxed it, the shine returned for the most part. A lot of cars that age had clear cote failure. For some reason the quality of the clear paint didn't hold up to the sun.
@tryingtosurvive2024 ah. That is a good way to maintain privacy, deleting the metadata. It's pretty neat
@enchantingStar4765 most of the metadata in my pictures probably doesn't hurt my privacy that much. My old digital cameras don't record, latitude and longitude. From my understanding smartphones do record that data. I think that data is dangerous because it allows people to see where you were at when you took the picture. The make and model number of the camera could be used to narrow down who took the photograph. However, lots of people probably own that camera, and one could of given it away to someone else.
