Hand sewing and making plushies relaxes me. Sometimes I try making my own clothes from scratch.
playing the guitar helps me a lot, art is my place of refuge and sport was my settlement but i‘ts not anymore. It makes me sad to see how weak i became. How my disease stopps me.

Hoping feel better.. Sometime it's not that simple tho. I'm new to here, but it's always great to wake up to messages of support and encouragement. I myself am battling a few things and find it difficult to keep pushing, even at hobbies I love. Actually, sometimes it takes everything I have to drag myself outta couch to get up and go to work. (I sleep on the couch) Its more comfortable for some reason. I don't know what's ailing you, but you are now in my prayers. My name is Tony by the way, and I believe in the placebo affect. Where our mind will make things real. Or faith brings results.. I'm just a random guy who knows what its like to put aside dreams to deal with harsh realities. Just remember sweetie, giving up is never an option, we just gotta find a way to push thru all the... everything. I say everything cuz everything in my life has been falling apart, and faster than I can put it back together. But faith is the key. It's great that you can play the guitar, I always wanted to learn how. That is a real talent. I been trying to make music on my laptop with this free software LMMS. I never learned a real instrument, but keep in keeping on. It seems I'm writing a novel. My apologies, sometimes I go on And on and on. Lol.. Just saying keep pushing and praying...
