Update from yesterday.
I'm doing much better. My perception of people around me and myself was so skewed and warped that I ended up reacting strongly and beat myself up over it. I even had some suicidal thoughts that evening.
But I'm ok. I sat alone and considered why I attacked myself over something so small. Probably because I didn't value myself enough or a lack of confidence. Something that I'm no stranger to.
I realize I'm a little behind on school work today, but hey, I'd rather take the time to heal myself. F*** it. I'm going to lay in the botanical gardens by myself and eat a nice meal. I don't care if I'm alone.

Hello.
It might even be better to go at the things you mentioned alone, so you can recover at your own pace and are not rushed but don't forget to return to general society once you're done. Humans are social creatures after all. No one benefits from being lonely. (Note: I distinguish a difference between being alone vs. being lonely)
All people have bouts of lack of self confidence, though it hits harder for some rather than others. Glad you managed to see past it and get up again. All the best.
