A Connection for Everyone!
Hello I know everyone is having it hard with all of this on their plates. The world is in chaos. Our lives are in chaos. In times like these we're all suffering. No matter where you come from or what your dealing with, I want to say I am here for you in my spirit. I know it's tough and we all feel like giving up sometimes but don't lose hope you're just as important as each and every one of us. We can't give up in our fights. Our fights for our mental health, our fights for our well being, our fights for addiction, our fights for disease, our fights for peace and understanding, our fights to be listened to and heard whole heartedly. We're all out there. All of us have a voice. A silent voice, a loud voice, a quiet voice, a feeling voice. You're all there. I'm wishing you all well. We can do this together. One day at a time. No matter who you are or where you are know you are loved. Even if others around you don't love you, what's important is to love yourself. Because if no one else does... That'll just hurt you a lot more. Give yourselves all a hug right now and tell yourselves you are all loved and deserving to be heard. You deserve life and you deserve to get through this. Perserverance is key. We can do it together. I want to share a song that cheers me up often. Let's travel the world together and spread kindness and compassion to all of those who deserve it. That's YOU! I wrote this from the bottom of my heart it may be messy but you all mean a lot to me. Here at 7cups and those lonely souls in the world out there. You mean something to me.
