this is my first post. yay! to make it easy for me, i'll just post a summary of my profile:
hello, i'm AprilBlossoms. april for the month i was born, and blossoms for the pink and white flowers that greeted me that day.
i create music and write poems. i love watching k-dramas, classic anime and sad anime movies. i'm mostly cheerful. but i have a very bad past. something i'm not ready to talk about yet.
Day 1
I created my profile page today. it's just a longer version of the post above. took me awhile cos i was busy hanging out in group chat 😊
after 3 sharing circles i finally shared today. yay! i shared my life poem and i love the appreciation i got. so im sharing it here again:
The First Blossom
the first blossom was white. the third was rainbow, but slowly rot. the fifth was red and quickly died. the sixth turned black. the seventh was cold, the blossoms stopped. the tenth still cold, the buds are shut. the twelfth is warm, but the buds are shy. hopeful the next will again be white.
this was around 5am. after that, i said hi to the sun. it's monsoon season so she's usually tucked in and snuggled behind the clouds, but today she greeted me for a minute then crept back under her blankie 😊
made my mom and i some pb oatmeal, sunny sides, hashbrowns and apples for breakfast. she loves breakfast in bed.
will prolly be sleepy and get scolded in class today since i was up so early. at least my friends will have a good laugh while i try my best to keep awake 😊
although it's just beginning, i can already say that today, is a beautiful day! sending out warm hugs and smiles to everyone 😊

This post really stood out to me. You're very bubbly and full of smiles, just like me! It's really a gift when you can make somebody smile just by telling them about your day.
Lovely poem btw, you are a natural. I think I understand, and I would just like to say how strong you are for staying so positive. Never lose that smile!

Day 2
i woke up this morning to the roar of heavy rain. got up to brush my teeth when a loud explosion stopped me. it was a lightning strike. ive never heard it so close before. the power flickered a bit but never went out. 2 of our main ceiling lights did tho. the first was in the livingroom and the other was in the dinette.
we couldnt replace any of it cos the one in the dinette was too complicated to disassemble and the one in the livingroom was way too high. so mom called in our amazing neighbor to help our useless asses 😊
after all the excitement i went back to my room and stared out my balcony window, just admiring the angry rain. i guess most people feel sad when it rains. maybe cos its cold or maybe its cos everything looks gray. i love it tho. especially how it sounds. like the waves on the beach or an endless grass field. 😊
the rest of the day was per usual. had breakfast. class. lunch. class. dinner. helped mom with folding laundry, then off to netflix to watch my k-drama, "its ok to not be ok." 😊
