I'm sorry for not responding to your last tag. I did upvote it to let you know that I am here and that I did read it though.
I've just had a lot going on recently. I hope school is okay and that your anxiety and that has calmed down a bit now though. I really miss you, Nep.
I have been dealing with a lot. My brother fell through a roof and he has an f1 spine fracture with a bit of bone dislodged. One wrong move and he can become paralyzed, lose control of his bladder and bowels.. he won't be able to walk again either.
On top of that, I've found out that it's likely that I have complex PTSD and AvPD (Avoidant personality disorder). I'm struggling but coping. Just feeling lonely and I never have the energy to do anything. I mainly just sleep now.
I hope you're good though and looking after yourself. Stay safe and keep your chin up. Always here for you but if I don't respond, just know that I'm thinking of you.

I'm terribly sorry to hear about what's been going on for you. It's hard knowing more about yourself and at the same time knowing that your brother had a very severe injury. Wishing for your brother to have a speedy recovery

Also, my brother is healing nicely and he's able to walk and everything. He's home with a back brace but he's doing okay.

I'm glad your brother is healing. School has been a bit tough recently but I'm now on my 2 week winter break which is good. In general I've been terrible but went for a walk through the only fully grown forest in my area which was nice but reality came back hard after looking at my phone :(

I need to let you know that it's likely I'll changing my username within the next week or anytime this month. This is because I feel like I bother and hurt people, I think I carry a poor reputation, and I think I've embarassed myself infront of so many people on Cups. Even though, I try to be kind and inclusive, I don't think I've done enough to continue with my current name. Even when people ignore others and me, it can be triggering. I have to ignore those people as well whenever they enter the rooms and then leave to not bother. That's why I think it's better, if I continue with a lower profile and to clear my name. Unfortunately, I don't think I'm able to continue talking to you on this thread when I change my username, incase I'm uncomfortable being exposed. But if you'd like, I'm happy to continue talking to you on a fresh new thread, 1-1 between you and me.
Anyway though. I wanted to check on you. How have things been recently?

Aw, I still want to be able to talk to you so I guess if there is an option to create our own thread then that could be a good idea. As long as that's something you want as well and are comfortable.
I've been okay though. Things have been really complicated but I've finally been accepted to get help (not sure if I've told you that before) and I've been working on mindfulness and trauma.
How're things been going for you? How's school and your photography going? I miss you and wish we were able to talk in real-time like a live chat

It's getting harder for me recently, it's never been this bad before, but I'm really struggling with anxiety soaring through the roof. I haven't been lonely and sad like this before and there are days where I'm almost entirely drained out. I got a lot of school work within the next several days which doesn't help at all. What also doesn't help is coming on this site and I recently triggered someone's anxiety very badly making them not come on here as often as before. I don't have much left really and I'm trying to isolate myself even more. Don't think my future is going to look nice..... Especially I need to confront some big decisions soon. I think I've disappointed everyone and haven't been good enough to anyone. I'm just utterly useless.
I don't think it's ok for me to say what my next username could look like. But it will be named after a rare species of a bird or a tree. Maybe both of those combined to make up my username. Don't worry, I'll make a new thread once I change it and I'll be able to tell you that it's me on there.

Nep, people come on this site knowing that triggers are possible. That's just how things are. You can't make someone do something because you can't control how others deal with things or what they do. That's just life.. Coming on something that people talk about distressing things is going to cause some triggers for other people. If people come on here and not get triggered at least once, then I guess they are extremely lucky or don't come on enough to know or even understand. I'm sorry you had to go through things like that but I don't believe self-isolation is working out well for you.. People who isolate are lonely and tend to feel lone-lier because they don't have that social need that social creatures need (humans) and it's okay to not be okay because you are human after all. I hope things will work out for you though.. I really do.
Sorry in advance if this took a while to respond to. Take care of yourself though.. if things aren't working, try thinking outside the box and do something different

@Sydney113 Well, there's a lot of oldies over here in oldie land. It's good for the most part. It seems a lot busier over here at times so it can be a bit difficult to get support once in a while. Otherwise it's been good and I've made a few decent friends and aquaintences. How have things been going in teenie land?

Monday has been okay, aside from getting micromanaged by my mom., but I get to go to swimming soon and that should make me feel better again. I'm hoping that tomorrow at swimming I'll get to talk to the *c*r*u*s*h*, or well, sign/talk to her.

@Sydney113 Spencer is learning sign language lol. I know a handful of signs now. Also swimming got cancelled like as I got there because of a possible positive covid test. Soooo we'll see what heppens with that. That also means that now I have more time to learn sign before I actually see her again.

@Sydney113 SMH! I've only seen her a few times. First off, my classes are going well, I am going to start German next semester but my Russian professor is really nice. My Geography prof is a dunce though. *Rolls eyes* Next semester I'll do Russian, German, and General Psychology.
Now the part you actually care about. :P Her name is Kaylee, but I'm not sure of the spelling, so mabe Kaliegh or Kayliegh or something like that. She is turning 18 this December. She's blonde and I'm not sure of her eye colour because I haven't gotten a good look yet. She's very cute and also seems a little clumsy, she fell off the starting block when we were practicing starts the other day. Overall I'd say she's a sweet, innocent seeming girl.
And yes, yes I know, I'm working on it smh.

I feel the same way about my ASL Professor... I can't wait till the semester is over because at least I'm killing two birds with one stone with getting a year of a language done and getting college credits :D Next semester I might be doing an art class, math, and pe through a college or colleges but we will see.
Now I have more questions for you since it's been many many months. Seems like a lifetime. I've forgotten what you looked like. Yes I like my ASL teacher so much. Litrally only three people were there including me today for class. So fun. I'm glad Alex is still Alex-y.
