Yeah it can be very draining. It seems nearly impossible to me to do that because I cant even trust anyone. I guess its that first step that is the hardest.
I kind of broke my comfort zone early yesterday but dont know if I made myself worse or any better. I had a chat with my Earth and Space Science teacher and talked some of my knowledge about geology with him for about 10 minutes which probably surprised him because I barely talked to him before.
