Epiphany

I'm wasting my time on this god forsaken rock On the brink of sadness My inevitable my end is just around the block Down there on there on those rocks I think about the prospect of joy As look down from this cliff, I wonder if I was ever happy as a boy Nostalgia reminds me of a boy who was always alone A boy who had no one to talk to Who suffered on his own Not affiliated to any clique; pass by him and you'd never see him Even if you blink But I got older Discarded my shell Thought I'd be happy But I stepped into hell Now I tip toe wondering where my bliss lies
