Everyone thought she was normal
This teenage girl, barely 13 comes home only to hear the loud incessant chattering of a woman she was familiar with.
Quickly, she bolted straight to her room for fear that history would repeat itself. She enters the room and finds her 9 year old brother sitting at his desk finishing up his homework.
She leans over and smiles at him, he smiles back. They began to talk about each other's day when suddenly she hears the woman walking towards their room.
The girl backs away thinking it was gonna be a repeat of last week but the woman went towards her little brother.
Everything happened so fast, too fast. Not knowing what went on, the woman pushed the boy on the ground and the little girl stared at the spectacle... Speechless.
In the corner of her eyes she say the woman grab a chair and held it over the little boy. The little girl screamed at the top of her lungs and lunged for her little brother.
She hugged him so tight. Shielded him. Then the chair came crashing down on her. She screamed in agony and the woman knew she went too far this time and walked away.
Her little brother started crying and she said to him, " Are you hurt?" He mumbled and she saw a bruised finger where the must have hit. She told him that he is gonna be okay and they should get some rest.
The girl laid on her bed, tossing and turning, feeling such excruciating pain. Her little brother climbed up the bunk bed and asked if she was okay and turned on the lights.
He lifted up her shirt and saw bruises all over her back. Like any frightened 9 year old would do, he ran out screaming and the woman returned.
Seeing what was before her, her glorious handy work. She whispered in the girl's girl "Tell no one or he will suffer"
She kept her silence for 10years.
There was a girl, barely 14. Her days in school were like any 14 year old's except her final two years in that school scarred her for life.
She hangs out with the most popular girl in school. The two stands out from the crowd as they were both taller than anyone in their grade. Her friend was beautiful, deemed the school flower and she was a plain old jane.
She got sick of having to tail around pretty girl all year and decided enough was enough. She stood up for herself and refused to hang out with her anymore. It was the worst decision she ever made.
Furious was pretty girl, she managed to gather all the girls in their grade to hate on little plain jane. Everyone did.
Days of locked classrooms, windows shut and doors closed. Them girls taking their turns berating her. She sat there taking it all in. At the same time she wonders if every girl in the world was gonna be like this.
Finally she walks home. The next day the insults continue together with threats of rape. She was lucky that never happened but shoving and insults never stopped for the next 3 years.
Girls.
@Lika, I hope that this wasnt personal experiences for you. This sounds so devastating if so. People seem to be getting more and more wicked by the day. I feel badly that my dad sexually molested me as a child and it bothers me still, but it makes me want to cry and take away all the pain for the people on here who relate their personal stories. I know what it feels like to be bullied also. Theres not a day that doesnt go by that im not harassed and threatened, among other things by fellow workers. I will keep you, as well as many others on here, in my prayers. I hope you have a pleasant evening sweetheart.
Lika, im glad you have gotten to that point, I havent yet. I truly wish I could totally have been able to keep your brother and you from living through that. That breaks my heart. You are a tremendously mentally strong person. I admire you for being able to survive that. I dont know why things like this happen to some, I guess one day, maybe, we will. Take care of yourself.
Why didn't they tell anyone
you can go to jail for doing that
I was young and I had no one to talk to. I didn't know what to do
@lika, i know exactly what you mean!!! I was in your shoes at one time too. You are not only scared for what happened to you, but you really dont know what to do.
She had the power to stop me from seeing my mother and I didn't want that. Telling my mother would kill her too. I'm glad it's over and I'm much more wary and cautious now when it comes to trusting people
@lika, I find I dont trust people like I used to either. Its hard to. I pray that something special happens to you. You certainly deserve it.!!
Liks you are very bravr to share that with us. Ppl like u bring me hope and makr me feel that I was not alone. Sometimes my siblings getting hit is much mote horrible memory for me than me getting hut. I hope no one would suffer as we did
And no one should. I remember feeling like I was alone and no one has ever gone through, no one should feel like they are alone
@lika that's really sad tho I'm sorry for u
