This is Fristo's Public Diary! I might use it to share and record updates of my 7cups listening and leadership journey!
A small summary of my 7cups journey so far:
I started as a listener in 2016 August, one fine late night! I enjoyed listening a lot in my initial months at 7cups and came back to it time to time thereafter. As I explored the site more, starting from chatrooms to forums, I could not help but explore more possibilities in me at 7cups. One thing that makes me feel well and deeply connected to this community is Kindness. Of course, I received a lot of it and am amazed all the time by meeting so many compassionate souls here, but what inspires me the most here is the ability and the opportunity to express my kindness to the world through this platform, and I'd forever and infinitely be indebted to 7cups for allowing and gifting me this space -a little space in the hearts of everyone I connect to here.
Today's thought: It's a new day today to make a difference!
Today's thought: A productive mind is a positive mind.
From Fristo-centered to Community-centered!
May the ideas and efforts expressing through me today come to be expressed through many community leaders, so that the initiatives may continue way way beyond me (or beyond individuals)!

The Joy of Fulfilling and Serving Others
To see the sorrows of people lessening, the joys of hearts increasing, through the light of one's compassionate efforts, brings peace to one's own bosom.
No material gain of worldly wealth, no mental gain of worldly applause, could compare to the spiritual wealth of profound satisfaction one gains in the process.
Today's thought:
that journey is great where there are more and more leaders stepping in😀
then we work together to create a beautiful planet😊
may goodness in us win always!
forgive oneself, anyone, and move forward.
Every experience carries a capacity to leave you wiser.
