Hormonal emotions
My body doesn't make enough progesterone the hormone needed for a clear, correct period. The estrogen and progesterone build up and when the body realizes I'm not pregnant, it should release once around every 28 days. My body does not naturally make enough progesterone (which is the pregnancy hormone), so it hard for me to have a period or worst to get pregnant.
However because my hormones are off. . . I make more testrogone which means I'm more aggressive and facial hair. I am way too emotional even with birth control. I get feelings of sadness, anger, bitterness, depression, paranoia, and confused without reason. It's hard to lost weight, so I feel fat as well. I feel uncontrolled, mean, and ugly because of all this. I feel like i cant date and trying to explain. . . On top of all of this my "adult" life is very painful as i have pain after release. . . I have pelvic pain at least three to four times a week. I belueve i have endometriosis but none of the doctors want to check.
I also do not want kids as I am so moody, my own family calls me the bear. I would emotionally scar a kid with this controlled emotions. (It's why I feel I have to control everything else.) I just want to be be able to control me. Anyone else feel this way.
This lack of energy is driving me crazy.
Coffee helps until I get wired, flustered and dehydrated.
I hope to get my anemia and sleep apnea fixed soon.
My health issues (note: graphic health stuff )
Females issues
1. Endometrial hyperplasia (fancy term for uncontrolled heavy periods.)
I don't make enough progesterone, and I can go months without a period. . . so I do get one I get anemic (because i can blood heavily for months ) and have even lost half of my blood supply more than once. It makes me dizzy, exhausted, horrible cramps, its hard to get out of bed some days, hard to focus, very cranky, high mood swing, depressed, nauseated, and sleep issues. (Between my blunt honesty and my depressed moodiness, it's hard to make and keep friends.)
I'm on birth control, but I'm still extremely moody, and now I've still get cramps, pelvic cramps bad like a pain of a constant 5-7at 5 days a week. I'm on high iron and b-12 for my anemia.
I have depression, anxiety, panic attacks, and ptsd. My hormones do not help this.
My body fights between insomnia and sleep apnea. . . My head has so many worries and thoughts it's hard or impossible to wind down or I sleep so hard I neither do not breathe right or I get nightmares. Good night's sleep are very rare.
My energy is like outstretched balloon. . . It barely holds air and deflates really fast.
I'm borderline diabetic, but that is least of my health worries.
I just want enough energy to exercise enough daily.
My emotional issues
Hormones have my mood swings up and down and very uncontrolled like why get mad, snap or cry for no reason.
I think I'm a broken bipolar as the last time remember I was possibly truly happy was 2012
I have high anxiety and panic attack. . , I'm afraid to be out in the streets
I'm a dominant, I feel like to be in control. I get panick attacks when i cant control most things.
I'm constantly worrying and it just fuels my anxiety. It causes insomia.
Most of my energy is nervous energy.
I have low self esteem. I am my worst enemy.
Once I figure out my hormones, I plan to find a new therapist.
Changes I want with my appearance.
Note: I'm short about 5ft and I'm fine with that.
I would like to make a torso a bit smaller. . . My bra down a size or two. Maybe slim down my hips and bottom.
I want to get rid of my belly, double chin, floppy upper arm, retone my thighs like in school.
I would like to have goid energy without naps and sleep 8 hours at night straight without bladder problems. Sigh.
I want more balanced skin, I'm 35 years old and I have skin like I'm 15. . . Greasy and full of zits. Gross.
Now that its fall the cooler weather is better on my body, less humidity.
I can't wait to drink coffee I got pumpkin spice creamer, yum.
October start scary movies hoping I'll be inspired to write my horror and paranormal stories.

I'm going it torturous cycles.
I get depressed, sad, desperate, lonely, and I search online through piles of endless profiles of similar people.
I get nice guy who don't get me. (They want a family with kids. I'm into kids. I'm into cats.)
I get guys my parents age who want to feel their youth again (gross).
I get guys who don't listen because I'm just a voice in their fantasy world.
I get who want release from anyone, and I am the closest unfortunate blank soul.
Then one really sad day I mephorifically drunk with a desperate loneliness and settle for a guy that does not fit. (This happened last year when I got a too old smoking complainer. He had all opportunities for happiness but I had no idea what he wanted. I hated who I was with him.)
I just wish I had a better place where I can have my own recliner, desk and cat. Then some friends who get me and I can not be lonely, so lonely i pic the wrong guy. Sigh.
I'm doing it again looking on several profiles when I should be writing and be productive. What is wrong with me? Help me stop this bitter cycle.
How much help have you been getting on this...? You mentioned a therapist, but it also doesn't seem to be cutting it. As for those doctors why the hell are they not doing tests? Their job is to make you feel safe and treated, they shouldn't be lazy like that! How hard are you pushing at them to do these things. If they won't test you, tell them about any stress you might be having that you have this, and if you don't hve stress about it, honestly you should just make it up. Because they need to have you in mind, and if they can't see that you need a diagnosis, than something is seriously wrong on their part. You don't need to slap them with all your mental health problems, just the ones you think could help in your case to getting that test. Remember, it's the small victories. If you can succeed in this, you might be able to eventually overcome bigger things. But improve one section of your life at a time. It's hard to fix everything at once. I've tried. It doesn't work well. Trying to figure out smaller issues before moving on to the larger ones can help give you some convidence that everything will be alright, since you have already figured out one thing.
Such changes are normal during pregnancy. My wife was born and grew with hormone imbalance. And it is really very hard. Constant mood swings, weight swings, etc. She tried to fix it with a bio-identical hormone therapy, but unfortunately, it helps only while you are taking the pills. But life has become calmer.
If you want to improve your balance, think carefully, maybe you will come up with another way. If not - read blogs, reviews, websites of clinics that specialize in such therapies, and most importantly, consult with experts about risks and side effects.

What is making feel weird. . . . No matter what I sleep (whether it been 4 hour or ten) I keep waking up between 5am and 7am every morning for the last 8 days. It's weird I'm not a morning person. It's puzzling me because with my sleep apnea my sleep is really bad and tire, I mean exhausted, 90% of the time.
I almost feel it's a spiritual thing. . . It's very weird
I usually take my time as everyone else is asleep and with what energy I have work on here and blogs.
