I can't take 7 cups anymore!
I think this service is stupid because for no reason, I keep getting locked out of my listener account which is so fucking unfair since I didn't do anything wrong! All you say is the site is all goody goody well really, it just let's you down! I don't want to be here anymore, it's just so frustrating to get back on my account and like, communication is terrible here especially the people owning this site. I'm just so dissapointed, I don't have any words to describe this!
There are several reasons to not be able to access your listener account -
1- Forgot password and got locked out - click the forgot password button to get a new one
2- Quality control - you receive several warning emails and improvement pointers and resources. Despite that the coaching reviews exceed the positive ones.
3- Inappropriate chat reported

Irishgirl94 - I can understand that you feel discouraged, but don't give up. If you can't be a listener, you can still help and support in the chat rooms and forums. Be the best member you can be. We also help one another. You don't have to be a listener to have a positive influence. But I understand that you feel hurt and it is okay to feel that way. Just keep in mind what I said, okay? I'll be looking out for you.
