I don
As much as I want to believe that I'm getting better, I feel like im lying to myself. I keep falling but I don't want to admit it. I want to say I'm getting better and part of me believes it but the other part says I'm lying to myself. At one second, I'm happy and energetic and feel like I'm completely fine but the next second, I can be the complete opposite and start crying. I don't understand.

Hello, and thank you for sharing your feelings here. Sometimes our emotions can become so confusing to us, I'm sorry you are dealing with that now. Try to be patient with yourself. Just like healing a physical wound takes time, so do mental and emotional wounds. Some days will be good or even just ok and others will make you feel like giving up. But always try to face each day with the thought that "I will be ok today." Don't expect more from yourself than you can give and try not to punish yourself or feel to bad about yourself if you fall down sometimes. We all do. You are not alone. We are here to help you get back up.
@IbukiMiodaIsALesbian I'm sorry, I'm sure it has been confusing with these sudden ups and downs. Like @Songbirdjo said, emotions are confusing and we need to be patient with them and ourselves. Just remember that you are not lying to yourself when you are in a high as opposed to a low. You're emotions are valid and you don't want to miss the good ones out of fear for the bad ones that may or may not follow.
