If I could say one thing to my past
If I could go back I would tell myself to speak up. I would say it doesn't sound stupid to say what's happening in your life. I would tell myself to talk to my mom about the abuse you're going through.

If I could go back.....id probably want to change a few things, react in different ways, and most certainly stand up for myself too! But the reality is, we can't change what's already happened, we can only learn from them, to build stronger characters. So, Regrets, or, learning curves?
Regrets give us opportunities to change how we deal with similar situations in our future, without them we wouldn't grow wiser with experiences. It's never too late to speak up! You can have your say when your ready!
Try not to be so hard on yourself, we all question our process at times, it's his we progress.
