Everytime I witness a particular event all it does is remind me of the time my mom died several years ago. All it does is make me feel shame and guilt.

I dont know what your mom died of, and why your feeling this feeling. But maybe try and see if you can get a diagnosis from a professinal somehow. Maybe you'll now by then. Im no professinal, but I hope you get better soon <3
