Again posted in the wrong journal. My relevant to that is my gratitude for that chat.
Having fatigued myself from online comics, having finished reading the 'X-men: the end' series. Those ~18 issues had Chris Claremont's writing and yet ultimately to me come off in that mediocre '2.5-3 stars' region--I mean, I know that when it comes to ' space stuff/adventures', the X-men have the interactions w/the Shi'ar but whenever 'the Phoenix' comes into play, things get convoluted when it comes to the significance of roles in the Grey and Summers families. Note: I mainly stopped following Marvel comics around the time the 'Phase 1' MCU wrapped up/the ~'Marvel NOW!' Phase shortly after the 'AvX' early last decade--from what I would speculate the whole 'bring back the original 5 60's members into the present young and via time travelling' might have helped iron out the whole Grey family and Phoenix force connection which I've never really been too fond of about as much as ppl find 'the legion of superheroes' relevant to the usual DC Universe commotion.
The things about the 'Marvel: the end' storylines is that it brings up the significance of characters in 'broad strokes' while trying to 'do justice' with worthwhile hypothetical endings, which is significant given how the narrative structures of American superhero comics are designed to not really ever end. It also why imo they could serve as handy guidelines to capstone characters in the MCU movies, though 'Endgame' was fitting when 'Phase 3' got to it's victory lap.
My mind has been storming w/ideas as to where the MCU could go as far as making Tom Holland relevant to 'threading together' segueways for the X-men and Fantastic four..not counting the 'Disney+' streaming shows, when I consider upcoming 'the Eternals', 'Thor: love and thunder' with Hemsworth still hanging w/Pratt and 'the guardians', with 'the guardians' hypothetically getting another movie (?) and somehow shoehorning 'Adam Warlock' (who imo a fair amount of us expected before and kind of forgot about) plus Carol Danvers still somehow being relevant..I could imagine that, if the movie image of 'the Avengers' as a team fizzles out, Marvel can 'run on the fumes' of the more space/cosmic related characters..
..I'm thinking that somehow Norris Radd/the Silver Surfer can be shoehorned in not the least b/c if anyone cares for yet another 'power escalating' threat which is at least 'as powerful' as Thanos if not more so, Galactus is about the only other remaining character before things dive into more convoluted/obscure turf to non-comic readers...
..Fantastic four having bought former Stark building/Avengers HQ..Dr.Doom on his way apparently..

if Marvel adaptations really fumble up with their space stuff I don't think that it could even really be compensated by the 'mystic'/Dr.Strange based stuff which is just as obscure and convoluted in it's own ways (think Shuma Gorath in the 'Marvel v. Capcom' games)..I'm saying all this and assuming DC stuff won't catch up w/'space stuff' like the New gods or Green lantern corps by then..
Hmm..take that back about, 'not caring much for the Phoenix force'..I realize how important it is to X-men stuff but aside from being difficult to understand/follow, 'last I stopped reading' it came off to me as struggling to fit into the 'wider Marvel cosmology' more so than say the Infinity guantlet and Galactus..
The X-men have the Shi'ar much like the Avengers and the Fantastic Four have the Kree and Skrulls when it comes to Marvel teams having tense relationships with aliens. Plus, I actually liked the 'Rise and fall of the Shi'ar' tpb compilation I read years ago. I thought it was okay.

From what I understand the Marvel movies can't use the X-men for some reason '~' , until the latter 2020's..but goodness knows how 'the New mutants' finally coming in April is going to throw 'wrenches in the gears' just like how Sony produced 'Venom', 'Into the spiderverse' and upcoming 'Morbius' have done and made things fuzzy..dang, it don't leave Gyllenhaal having lied >xI !, 'hand wave it' as 'post-blip'/'End game' consequence b/c you might do it eventually with the 'Disney+' shows, anyhow.
I can understand if based on inspiration of an old 60's storyline 'the F4' are introduced with into the MCU fold via Holland's character self-debating on whether he should leave the Avengers for them (in the 60's it was a case of Spidey wondering if he could join the F4 to get more respect, hence a befriending with Johnny Storm) and yes, I realize how a small-ish family of science explorers needs better PR and 'cool reputation' points after the last underdeveloped movie..but dang it! >x) ,When it comes to Holland being the MCU's poster in place of Downey Jr. , this!,

those 'okay-blase' one-shots I commented on long ago!, that I could see as serving as the grand sedgeway for bringing the X-men in via Spider-man's weaving! :) . I never thought, I could see them as being useful.
Sure, you can even change it somewhat for the movies in how it doesn't start with the original 5 but with say 'the New mutants' instead b/c I don't really like the idea of leaving them as 'post-Fox studios transition' leftovers anymore than I would with 'Venom' and the 'Spider-verse' honestly --it would make sense to have more recognizable teenage mutants if Holland if apparently really going to remain a high school student for the rest of 'Phase 4'.
Those Christo Gage stories though..what I like about them is how they could introduce 'Sinister' so nicely, which would be a great opportunity for Cyclops to finally becoming a growing 'leading man' (maybe with or b/c of the help and friendship with Peter Parker) and a refreshing change from the Magneto and Dark Phoenix repetition we've been seeing, the latter having faltered on two attempts.
En Sabah Nur/ Apocalpyse is fairly convoluted to bring in, if anyone is up to seeing him again but even with Brolin as Cable, I would sooner vouch for re-introducing him with 'the Starscream to his Megatron' who is Sinister and maybe having things culminate like how the 'X-men: evolution' cartoon did years ago.
=u= The reaction if an X-men movie where Spidey and the X-men beat down on Sinister with closure were to end with someone with a suitcase going through a trashed HQ and the suitcase saying 'Oscorp' on it..I don't think the Green Goblin is coming back anytime sooner given the mixed failures of the pre-Holland Spidey movies and even with the 'Far from home' mid-credits cliffhanger..*chuckle* imagining the angry reaction of 'the clone saga' becoming a movie..almost as bad as 'One more day' becoming a movie ? ;) ..:I meh, realistically me and so many other would sooner be content with a live action post-multiverse reveal Mile Morales.
There is also Cassandra Nova, maybe wiggle room for a 'Onsluaght' or 'Red [Skull based] Onslaught' based event which would bring the Marvel's main three teams to join up--I'm aware of how 'Onslaught' and '90's X-men' and Marvel on the whole during that decade didn't exactly have good writing..you could also argue though how the MCU made the comic more vapid story-line wise...I would even vouch for 'an original story' where it's Von Doom who winds up messing around w/the X-men (maybe b/c of confluence with Sinister or even 'the high evolutionary' for that matter).
My point is, I think, I personally would be fine with seeing the Avengers 'rest on their luarels' and if Holland's Spidey is going to be the poster boy in place of Downey Jr's Iron man those Christos Gage stories I linked are to dang great to pass up on for bringing in the X-men >:D !.

Yes, it is a drag that we have to wait for the X-men and mutants to come up in the MCU..
Also next time Wolvie comes up don't let him become 'the leading man' like Jackman when he overshadowed Marsden..
Of course, he can still be a cool heavy-hitter but Jackman's 'Logan' was great closure and should stay that way..
..if he's not 'coming in' via the X-men than a 'stop Hulk crossing into Canada' appearance like in the comics would be a nice intro ;) and maybe make it a non-American branch of Shield instead of Alpha flight sending him (hence Fury to Logan relation solidified), to make it more convienent--now that I think about 'Excalibur' as a British branch of Shield `_` ..

'_' Or you know, more possibly the cheesiness of superhero stuff might actually fatigue us even more, even more comic readers and superhero movies will have to be laid to fallow like how Westerns did after the late 60's..
So much for Namor coming in via the F4..maybe a post-credit 'Black Panther II' could end with Shuri messaging Reed for some reason. I think it's more likely and convienent than say the F4 coming in and being 'put to a test' by T'Challa like in his original comics appearance.

Somehow introduce mutants into the MCU and frankly I think Spidey would be a 'good vehicle' esp. if that first Christo Gages story is followed with Magneto appearing as well to skip over the established pathos/origin intros the due has been having in various movies for years now..after which *at least* make a composite plot covering the Morlocks and 'mutant massacre' storyline (using the 90's cartoon or 'Evolution' could be handy) b/c Sinister coming in makes things easier..then if we really might never see something as R-rated intense like 'Logan' or 'more so than days of Future past', then take cues from the 'Evolution' cartoon, 'Gen X' comics or even the Morrison writing run and somehow makes sure 'the New mutants' are involved in their for good measure.

Sinister could even sub for Sebastian Shaw somewhat I suppose, if 'the inner circle' and Emma Frost somehow are going to be brought up again.

Several days until the month ends and tbh I don't expect that =_= dastardly customer service to be informing me about housing possibilities soon.

I'd like to go through all the necessary 'red tape', get all that over with a.s.a.p. and will remain cautious about presumed penultimate stages like picking, checking and transitioning. That part I am anxious to rush through.
In these early days of two parent-less months, it's quickly dawning on me how much time winds up being allocated/spent on food preparation alone.
