When you think about the sort of crass, uncaring, angry possibly bully like kids who call other nerds and who are told things about how they won't really have a future--the thought of the ones who do wind up 'somewhat homeless' and may frequent libraries afterwards, an oft ridiculed 'abode of nerds'.

It's stupid how things go 'full circle' (?) like that. What would it take me, when would I watch the movie 'Public'?.

Arrived at work

Staff sitting at a table chatting as to about recent events and expectations

Start my usual shtick and b/c I'm not full-time staff, I don't need to be around for the webcam conference

I'm told how, I can leave and will be noted down for 2 hrs

Interesting how a coworker reprimands me for having gone to work while I had the undiagnosed Strep throat, some weeks ago and tells me how I'm not supposed to go to work while feeling unwell when unbeknownest to her, there have been several times in both jobs when I still go after pornography hang-ups with the intention that being active or 'powering through' on a wage basis might do me some good.

The way different generations recognize certain performers.

I recognize Lily Tomlin as 'Ms. Frizzle' but ppl who were young in the 70's might recognize her from her comedy acts and Broadway reputation whereas more recently others might know her from 'Gracie and Frankie' on Netflix. I just found out how Yzma from 'The emperor's new groove' early 00's) had her looks based on Eartha Kitt who others might recognize as Catwoman from the 60's Adam West 'Batman' take^1.

^1 Which now makes the reception of a black actress (Halle Berry) to take that depiction sans the Selina Kyle connection during the 00's, make more sense.
