(||) me not kicking myself too hard for skipping online work entirely for a day.
I also think that it can be difficult to kick addictions when you know how often it happens, when you know how often it happens and when you get past self-deceptively apathetic societal judgement and know there is a layer or compassion..
..it can seem like something bitter to swallow, a 'rip off' or a disappointment to the expectation of a consequence like the finality of death.
