My last post (maybe in a different community) got removed somehow, not sure why.

Things aren't great right now. I'm feeling really down a lot, and it's hard. I'm working with a professional, but it's not clicking as much as I'd hoped yet—we're considering switching to someone else. My back is hurting too from carrying my heavy tenor quads in drumline (those things are no joke!). Plus some other physical stuff isn't helping

I'm also dealing with some rough social situations from an ex that's making things harder

That's the main update for now. I might share more if it goes through okay
